Kindergarten Enrichment Program

world children.pngThe High Plains Kindergarten Enrichment Program (KEP) offers enrichment for kindergarten children during the half day that they are not attending regular kindergarten.  KEP is governed by the Cherry Creek School District and Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Child Care.  The program is fee-based and self-supporting.  A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of enrollment.

KEP works very closely with the kindergarten team when creating and planning lessons.  Academic support is provided and skills taught in their regular kindergarten are reinforced.  Children enjoy a full day of school while socializing with their kindergarten classmates.  The program provides numerous opportunities for hands-on experiences such as music, math, science, reading, games and art.

KEP follows the traditional school calendar.  Closure of CCSD schools due to weather conditions will automatically cancel KEP.  On delay start days due to weather, school begins 60 minutes after regular start time.

Acceptance into KEP takes place on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you are interested in enrolling your student, please click on the link below.
